By 2025, the global demand for electricity consumption will triple. Thermal power plants, hydroelectric power plants, built 50-100 years ago, have already reached their service life by 100%.

Many countries, such as Germany, are closing their nuclear power plants because of their danger.

4. Analysis of the wind turbines present on the market and the possibilities of using wind energy

Analysis of the development of small wind power (up to 100 kW) shows that the technical level of development of wind power devices today has stopped at the level of 40-50 years. The efficient use of these wind generators is possible only on winds of 5 m/s and above. Their resistance to hurricane short-term gusts of wind is also questionable according to the available statistical data on self-destruction of wind generators if it is impossible to correctly respond to a change in wind speed at a certain point in time.

Today there are groups of wind generators that occupy certain segments:

1. Low-speed multi-blade wind generators of the Chamomile type, which operate in the range of 4-5.2 m/s, partially at average speeds of 5-7 m/s and cannot operate at wind speeds of 7-9 m/s, when they are forced to be removed from under the wind and stop.

2. Low-bladed high-speed ones with up to 4 blades work stably, starting from wind speeds of 6 m/s, efficiency of which is not more than 0.2-0.3, develop a maximum efficiency of 0.42 at a speed of 9-10 m/s.

3. Rotary wind generators of standard design have a low efficiency of 0.18-0.2 and therefore are not widespread, because for their efficient operation, they require a constant wind speed of 9 m/s.

The foregoing limits the use of wind generators and requires a special selection of an area with a high average annual wind potential for high-speed wind generators and significant losses of annual wind energy, both for low-speed and high-speed structures of the standard type.

5. Advantages of vertical silent wind turbine

1. Significant increase in wing efficiency due to the combination of the sail design and the Zhukovsky airfoil used in vertical takeoff aircraft. the wings are located more functionally, there is no need for their maintenance, in contrast to horizontal generators. This allows you to get several times higher utilization of the wind flow and more power with the same dimensions, thanks to the patented development and technology of using several generators with different magnetic systems on a single rotor.

2. Low starting wind speed for starting rotation. The rotation takes place regardless of the wind direction and begins with the quietest breeze of 0.17 m/s, in contrast to horizontal and vertical analogs, for which the starting wind speed starts from 7-8 m/s. The most efficient wind turbines start at 2-4 m/s.

This made it possible to make a design that practically does not require routine and preventive maintenance, and also made it possible to set a high level of warranty service for wind generators.

4. The system does not need maintenance (the generator does not use brushes, gearboxes, bearings. Plastic parts are completely absent), unlike horizontal wind generators. The fenders are made of galvanized / stainless steel sheets.

5. The wind generator uses bearings for thrust stability. Wind wheels with a 500-time safety margin. The bearings in the generator are completely protected from the external environment and do not require maintenance.

6. Principle of work

1. In low wind conditions, the main generator helps to spin up the wind turbine, due to its flywheel properties and high inertia of rotation, while allowing the maximum possible power to be removed from additional generators (which are located under the main generator), because with its flywheel parameters and high weight, it blocks the braking moment, which creates a back-EMF that appears in the generators when the load is connected. Each additional generator produces up to 350 W in low winds up to 2 m/s. If 4 pcs – 1300 W. 350 W is enough to charge the battery. That is, stable charging is guaranteed in winds up to 2 m/s.

2. With a higher wind (starting from 4-5 m/s), power is also taken from the main generator and added to the power taken at the same time from additional generators. Moreover, the higher the wind, the more power is added from the main generator to the power of the additional generator.

3. In case of strong wind and gusts up to 30 m/s, the maximum power taken from the main generator. In this case, the back-EMF, which appears when the load is connected, causes the wind turbine to brake.

Based on these three principles of using a combination of different types of magnetic systems, all possible energy taken from this wind generator. No thermal resistors are used.

The use of a wind generator is based on the use of the main generator and the addition of additional generators, as far as the system allows, so that the back-EMF in the additional generators does not exceed the flywheel properties of the rotation of the main generator.
